The house was amazing, it was actually way bigger than i expected. It was super clean when we walked in and smelled great. Ace was very responsive whenever we needed to contact him, would definitely recommend this stay.

We were traveling with family and children for a graduation at Temple University and this host was extremely responsive, reasonable and flexible with our travel plans and family. The spot was close (20 minute walk) to campus and all amenities. Grocery stores were within two blocks either direction. It was extremely easy to book and the back patio was perfect for a quick family celebration for the graduate. We will definitely look to book again when we return to Philly. The host was outstanding and he really, really was available and was reachable at all times. Every need that we needed was met we will definitely stay here again. We thank him so very much. This was a quick little getaway for my mom’s birthday. We had a concert to go to at the met Philly and Ace’s place was very close. The area was very quiet and I felt safe. Parking which I thought would be an issue was great. There was always a spot available not too far from the building. There were a few things that I thought could add more to his place and he definitely took that into consideration. He was always available. I can text me anytime if I needed help I would definitely recommend this location and if I’m ever back in Philly, this is where I would stay.

This home is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Our group of 6 enjoyed the private patio and living area comfortably. This 3 bedroom 3 bath accommodated us well. Not to mention there was always street parking out front. The owner reached out to ensure a smooth check in. Would definitely stay again.
